F.A.R.M.A. Group has released its 2023 sustainability report, available at the link below. Despite a challenging year like 2023 characterized by strong instability and uncertainty, F.A.R.M.A. recorded a virtually unchanged turnover compared to the previous year, although with a different composition among the different businesses (growth in the industrial vehicles department and contraction for the foundry department). In particular, the first foreign branch was opened, based in the United States of America, which represents the most important market for future development and on which the greatest focus will be directed in the coming years.
Environmental and social sustainability has continued to be at the heart of the daily actions of all F.A.R.M.A. employees, allowing for a further reduction in energy consumption. The welfare programs implemented in previous years have been confirmed and in some cases improved, and support for local communities has continued, especially during the adverse weather events that occurred in Emilia-Romagna in 2023.
